BEBE Bargain proudly presents the interview of a mompreneur Colin Hu. Through our survey we have come to know her beautiful motherhood journey and she happily shares her thoughts to us.
How Exactly You Spend Free Time? Could You Find Time For Yourself?
First of all, I would like to thank BEBE Bargains to interview me. A little about me: I am a teacher, teaching 7 years old and also for special children. Outside my teaching profession I love to read for myself as well as for my children too. I also enjoy doing events such as Halloween party or other festivals in my house or school.
What Did Motherhood Teach You?
I firmly believe that to be a mother a woman needs to be patient, flexible and kind. Not every woman can be a mother even when they have kids. One needs to value things, understands psychology and must possess multi-tasking skills. I am a listener, adaptable, and patient person now, more than ever. And this is the gift of motherhood. I am open to challenges as I have learned to embrace any possibilities, be it positive or not.
What Is Your Opinion About Working Mothers?
I myself am a working mother. And each day I have to look after both my children and work life. I know how to balance everything. And just because you are a working mother your children are being neglected. Moreover, being a teacher I can nurture the reading and writing skills in my children better. Nowadays a working mother is the inspiration and role model in a kid’s life.
What Are The Things You Actually Get Rid Of?
I do not keep unused toys. Many toys are there that I no longer require as per my children’s age. Although they are in good condition still I would gladly give them away, along with clothes, smaller baby cots, playpen and other similar unused things.
What Would You Love To Buy As Second Hand?
Anything from playpen to baby clothes, shoes, (good conditions), toys, etc I would definitely buy for my children.
